We have an amazing range of colors in our strung marabou to suit any tyer's needs. Marabou has a soft texture and when wet, imparts a realistic and lifelike movement. Marabou is ideal for creating leeches, damsel fly nymphs, and dragonfly nymphs and minnow imitations. It is essential in patterns such as the Wooly Bugger, Alaskabou, Pearly Cormorant, Marabou Muddler and the Bow River Bugger. Marabou is quite versatile and may be used for tails, wings, collars, beards, parachute posts and is indispensable in many steelhead and salmon patterns. Marabou may also be used as a dubbing, or tied in by the tips and wound forward as a body material.Strung Marabou
