Holographic Bloodworm
The Holographic Bloodworm imitates the Chironomid larvae. Chironomids or midges
or buzzers as they are commonly referred to, can be an overlooked food source
for trout and pan fish and with well over 2500 species in North America alone,
you will find them present in nearly every water body. Chironomid larvae usually
have a red or green color and can be found in large #8 down to microscopic
sizes. The bloodworm can be fished suspended under a strike indicator near
the bottom using an ultra slow retrieve.
