These Bass Crawler flies have been helping my clients land my biggest bucket mouths and smalls out of rich bass waters for the past few years. They are tied on razor sharp #2 bass hooks using premium materials. They have brass cone heads that help the flies undulate through the water on the retrieve. The flies are tied with 30lb weed guards and measure 3-4 inches long. They have silicone legs to drive fish mad and to entice an aggressive strike.
You can fish these flies by casting them out, letting them sink and using a slow retrieve in water with structure and minimum weeds. Many of my clients have also done well with pike and bass casting these above weedy water by using a moderate strip and pause retrieve. You can use spinning gear or a fly rod with these flies.
